The Brinner-Novak home is a single family GreenPoint Rated Platinum home in Solana Beach. It is all-electric, other than fireplace and cooktop, and is striving to achieve Net Zero Energy via energy efficient construction and a rooftop solar array. It was featured on the 2019 San Diego Green Homes Tour and won the Green Home Merit Award at the 2020 San Diego Green Building Council Awards.
